In this course students are involved in volunteer projects in local pre-schools, as well as primary and secondary schools. Students assist in improving and building educational facilities in the community. Finally, students develop the children's creative skills through crafts such as painting, drawing and coloring and playing developmental games with the children. Towards the end of the trip students spend two days at the Mikumi game drive.
We are about to board the first of our 26+ hours on the plane. We will call from DC to let you know when we'll be arriving. We are sad to leave but very much want to be home!
